On sketch.ensemble.art, you’ll find the option to ‘Browse Prompts’

You can follow prompts create a new sketch, inspired by the directions given by the prompt creator.

Once you’re done with your sketch, you can mint it, and the prompt that inspired it and that prompt’s creator will be saved to that sketch.
